Those which are affected by the above recommendations can be briefly described as follows: AB103228 AB134732 AB210195 This restrictive covenant sets maximum densities and minimum open space areas over lands zoned for muiti family use. This restrictive covenant establishes a buffer zone along the northern edge of the property to the south of Eastern Drive. This restrictive covenant prohibits construction of buildings on the property. This was registered so that the City had some authority to prohibit building activity in the event the developer failed to live up to his obligations under the various development agreements.
