The lots are serviced and details may be abtained from the City's
Engineering Department. Payment of connection fees will be required,

The corners of all the lots have been posted by a British Columbia
Land Surveyor but the City accepts no responsibility for accuracy of
placement or for posts removed or missing.

The lots have not been cleared. The City assumes no responsibility
for the clearing of the lots of any vegetation, stumpage or other
objects, or for removal of same. ‘The purchasér accepts sole
responsibility in respect of the foregoina.

The price of each lot is $42,500.00 and no offer less than i amount
