Background and Comments: This proposed subdivision is to allow the house to be moved from 2340 Atkins onto thts property and the construction of an additicnal house to help pay the costs of the move. Raleigh Street is fully developed as a single family residential area and further subdivision of any other properties fs not practical. Therefore reconstruction of the street for the frontage of this one property makes littie Sense. it would be appropriate in this case for a Development Variance Permit to be issued to relax the requirements of the Subdivision Bylaw for full street construction.
