WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they. reserved or dedicated; a

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

Lot 3,:Block 13-15, District Lot 232, Group One, Plan 1932, New
Westminster District, being 1488 Pitt River Road, Port. Coqui-tlam,: .
B.C. be sold to Alfred Miller, 1498 Pitt River Road, Port Coquittam,
B.C. at or for the price or sum of $30,000.00;

The adjustment date be October 31st, 1986, or earlier;
The possession date be October 3ist, 1986, or. -earlier;

The Mayor and Clerk are author ized to execute the documents: necessary _
for the purpose aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal. of. the. City.

thereto.

in underpass.

That the City proceed with the installation of bicycle baffles.on.the~
sidewalk through the underpass despite the Engineer's report on the

ineffectiveness of the baffles,

That the City's Bylaw Enforcement Officers advise cyclists. that. they
are to dismount when entering the Shaughnessy Street Underpass 5] deéwalk
and that the R.C.M.P. be requested to educate cyclists in this regard
through school programs. ;

against the resolution.
