8, lf the Lessee shall hold over and after the expiration of the term hereby
granted and the Lessor shal! accept rent, the new Tenancy thereby created shal! be a
Tenancy from month to month and shall be subject to the cevenants and condit{ens
herein contained, and the rent may be Increased by the Lessor and the monthly tanancy
Terminated by either party In accord with the laws of the Province of British Columbia
