The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hoid :
a Public Hearing In. the Council! Chambers, Port Coauitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C. on Monday, November 28th, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. to consider
the following proposed bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979,
No. 1651";
Bylaw No. 2003: to rezone Lot 4, of Part of Block "J"; District Lot 466, Group
One, Plan 9402, EXCEPT West 10! on Plan 28267, New Westminster District, from

RS-! to RS-IA.

This property is located at 1831 Coquitiam Avenue and, following completion of
the rezoning procedures, It is expected that the property wili be subdivided to

provide sites for three single family dwellings.

A copy of the propesed bylaw and other relevant documents may be Inspected in the

Ottice of the City Clerk, Port Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above,
between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on reguiar business days, from the date

of this Notice until the Public Hearing.

ALE persons who deem their. Interest In property affected by the proposed bylaw
Shall. be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing on matters

contained in. the‘‘bylaw.
