DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Right-of-Way Modification Agreement between Nu-West

Development Corporation Ltd. and The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam relating to Lot 539, Northeast Quarter Section 6, Township 40,
Plan 52953, New Westminster Distriec, referring te a Right-of-Way
Agreement registered on the Seventeenth day of August, 1977, at the New
Westminster Land Registry Office under number N84919 be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the said Right-of-Way Modificiation Agreement on behalf of the

City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
