Re: 24-Unit Strata-Title Apartment - 2275/81 Atkins Avenue

The above noted project is covered by the "Land Use Contract
No. 30 Authorization By-law, 1978, No. 1637" and the Developer is rapidly
completing his vequirements in erder that the Land Use Contract may be
registered in the Land Registry Office prior to the January 16th deadline.

If Council wish to permit the project to proceed, it will be
necessary for final reading to be given to two By-laws, the Land Use
Contract By-law and a Road Exchange By-law and this can be accomplished
by passage of the following resolutions:

1. “That By~law No. 1631 be reconsidered, finally passed and adopted",

2. "That By-law No. 1637 be reconsidered, finally passed and edopted".
