A copy of By-law No. 1547 to amend the City's Sanitary Sewer and
Storm Drain Connection By~law is attached and is available for first three
readings. , 7 ‘
Section 1 of this By-law replaces the words "Engineering Supervisor"
with the words "City Engineer"; Section 2 of the By-iaw corrects a typographical error
that resulted in the omission of several words from the Section; and Section 3

inserts the City's standard penalty clause in lieu of the present provision for

a $100.00 maximum fine. . i
