Pet tenders for Ton Pickup Truck and Single Axle Dump Truck,

Tenders have been received by the City's Purchasing Agent for
the supply of the above mentioned vehicles. A summary of the tenders re~
ceived ia attached hereto.

1) 4 Ton Pickup Truck ~ 1 weuld cecommend thot the supply of this truck
be awarded to the low bidder, Metro Motors, at
their tendered price of $3,142.70 (5% Salea Tax
not included).

2) Single Axle Susp Truck - I would recommend that the supply of this truck
be awarded to tho Jow bidder, International Harveater
Ltd. Their tendered price was $10,630.00 (Fed. Sules
Tax included, 52 Sales Tax net included). This unit is
exempt £rom Federal Sales Tax, therefore I would re-
commend ‘the award be made on the price of $9,533.30
(Fed. & 5% Sales Taxes not included).
