Class 3 Vehicle - a motor vehicle Licenced under the Motor Vehicle Act or Department of Commercial Transport _ Act for a gross vehicle weight of more than 10,000 pounds that is required to display a municipal licence plate issued in accordance with the provisions of Division (2) of Part X of the Municipal Act and By~law No. 770 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam being the “City of Port Coquitlam Commercial Vehicle Licencing By-law, 1964". No person shall use ox have present on a4 highway within the City a vehicle or combination of-vehicles whose operation wuld, as to the width, length, and height of the vehicle and the width, length, height, fastenings and distribution of its load, be unlawful on that portion of arterial highway known as Highway Ne. 7 (Lougheed Highway) of the Province of British Columbia passing throug the City.
