THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1243

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Board of Variance By-law,

3969, No. 931",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
i. The "City of Port Coquitlam Board of Variance By-law, 1969, No. 931" is
amended by striking out Clause (a) of Section 11 and substituting the following
therefor:
"(a) The person appealing shall complete the "Notice of Appeal" set

forth in Schedule "A" which said Schedule is attached to and made

8 part of this By-law,"
2. Clause (b) of Section 11 of the By-law is amended by striking out tha
words "three copies" where they appear therein and substituting therefor the
words “one copy",
3. Clause (b) of Section 11 of the By-law is further amended by striking out
the words "Building Inspector" where they appear therein and substituting therefor
the words "Secretary of the Board of Variance",
4. Clause (c) of Section 11 of the By-law is amended by striking out the
words "Building Inspector" where they appear therein end substituting therefor
the words “Secretary of the Board of Variance",
5. Sub-clause (411) of Clause (d) of Section 11 of the By~law is emended
by inserting the phrase "or instruct the Secretary of the Board of Variance to
serve,” between the words "serve" and “seven" where they appear in the first
line thereof.
6. Clause (h) of Section 11 of the By-law is emended by duserting the words
“or have the Secretary of the Board of Variance serve" between the words "serve"
and "a" where the seme appeay in the second line thereof,
7. The By~law is further amended by enacting "Schedule A" which said Schedule
is attached hereto and made a part of this By~law.
