. 6. The By-law is further amended by adding, after Section 6, the following
as Section 6A: : /
"6A. (a) As a condition under which water may be supplied by the water- >

a ; : works utility of the City, and notwithstanding any other pro-
vision sontained in this By-law, every applicant for the in-
stalletion of @ water service shall, in addition to the connec-
tion chazges specified in Section 6 (b) of this By~law pay tuo
the City the sum of Three hundred ($300.90) Dollars for each
self-contained housing unit to be serviced by the water service

applied for or the sum of Three hundred ($300.00) Dollars for

each meter service applied for and no water service shall be

installed by the City until it has receti-red the payment requi-

red by this Section.

All monies received by the City pursuant to the requirements

of this Section shall be held by the City separate and apart

from all other revenue of the water utility and other revenues

of the City and shall be expended only on the construction,

mainterance, and replacement of works required for the upgrad~

ing, extension, and improvement of the water utility system."

7. Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of By-law No. 991 is hereby

deleted and Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this By-law is sub-

stituted therefore.

8. Schedule "B" of the By-law as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam

Waterworks Regulation 8y-law, 1970, No. 991, Amendment By-law, 1971, No. 1062"
