Provide an estimate for any geotechnical work required for the road and utilities. Also,
provide an estimate for any testing required in the construction of the road and/or
utilities (you will hire and direct sub-consuitants).

Arrange with B.C. Hydro and B.C. Tel the relocation of utility poles as required.

BIDDER PROPOSAL:

Asa minimum, your proposal shall include the following:

The cost estimates for required sub co: -nts for geotechnical work, testing,
etc.

With your upset fees please provide a schedule for charge out rates for the persons to be
employed on the project along with disbursement costs.

Submit three copies of the proposal.
