A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, i in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2849".

Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more
particularly described as:

Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28
District Lots 174 & 289
Group One

Plan 19890

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) and the Zoning
Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of October, 1993.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of October, 1993.

Public Hearing held this 15th day of November, 1993.

2436, 2446, 2454, 2462, 2470 and 2478 Welcher Avenue

Intent of the Bylaw:
To permit the development of a 74 unit apartment building.
