Maplewood Landscaping Ltd., the low bidder on this tender 1-B, of Phase 1 of the project
is able to meet all the terms of the specifications.

Maplewood Landscaping Ltd. has done other work for the City of Port Coquitlam in the
Citadel Heights project. Our Landscape Architect indicates that they have a good
repuiation in the field.

It is anticipated that construction, on this phase of the project, will be completed by the
end of Novemver 1993.
