RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of March 28th, 1989 that a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued to Lot 94 of the South West Quarter of Section 7, Township 40, NWLD
Plan 75281 for relaxation of Section 801 Subsection (7) of the Zoning Bylaw be
placed on a subsequent Council Agenda,
