Within this context, my reasons for refusal are:

1. The premise is a hon~-conforming hotel as there are no
banquet facilities - pursuant to section 4(6) of the
regulations,

Section 32(2) of the Liquor Control and Licensing Act
refers to appeal procedure. Notice of Appeal and cheque
for $200.00 — payable to Minister of Finance ~ may be
directed to Minister r and Consumer Services,
Parliament Buildings, Victoria, B.C. Vav 1X4, within
thirty days of refusals.
