Addition to Marian Kroeker Park

RESOLUTION:

hat the reference plan prepared by Robert M. Reese, BCLS, and dated

January 25th, 1988 wherein the portion of dedicated road referred to in the

"Guest Street Road Exchange Bylaw, 1988, No. 2348" is added to the property
now comprising Marian Kroeker Park be and same is hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said reference plan and such other documents as may be required on behalf
of the City and affix the City's Corporate Seal thereto.”

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS :

Passage of the above noted resolution by the Council will complete the —
proceedings under Bylaw No. 2348 which was considered for final reading >
earlier this evening.
