The City does not warrant or represent that: the property may be used
in any particular manner. Tenderers who are intending to make any
particular use of it should satisfy themselves, by independent
anguiry, that the use is possible having regard to all factors,
including but not limited to the bylaws of the City, other |
regulations, and the natural features of the land. The City accepts

no responsibility should any proposed use not comply with all relevant
regulations or prove otherwise infeasible.

7. The lots are fully serviced and details may be obtained from the
City's Engineering Department. Payment of connection fees will be ,
reguired,

8. The corners of all the lots will be posted by a British Columbia Land
Surveyor but the City accepts no responsibility for posts remcved or
missing,

9. The lots have not been cleared. The City assumes no responsibility :
for clearing the lots of any vegetation, stumpage or other objects, or
for removal of same. The purchaser accepts sole responsibility in
respect of the foregoing.

10. The lowest price that will be accepted for each lot is $42,500.00. -_
