July 20, 1987 /198 Mr. Lawrence Schmidt, 3468 Lancaster Avenue addressed the Counci! and advised of his opposition to the proposal as it would result in remova| of landscaping, including tall trees, and would result in increased traffic on residential streets in the area. Mrs. Julie Schmidt, 3468 Lancaster Avenue also advised of her opposition to the proposal and presented a written submission. Mr. John McCormick, Architect for the property owner detailed the changes proposed and stated that certain of these changes were not significant and that other changes proposed did not really require the issuance of a Development Variance Permit.
