(b) the amounts payable under this Paragraph shall be
in 12 equal monthly installments on the first day
each calendar month following the month in which

services were provided.

4. All statutory payments and taxes in respect of payments
made under this Agreement shall be the responsibility of the
Contractor, and in the event the City is required to make
statutory payments or tax payments ji relation to the
Contractor the amount of the payment may be deducted from

payments due to the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement.

The Contractor will provide services from an office the
Contractor will establish in his residence and the City wil
equipt that office with a desk and related office equipment
(such desk and related equipment to remain tne property of the
City) and the City will pay all necessary ftong distance

Telephone charges. All other materials and services are to be

provided by the Contractor.

6. The Contractor shall submit to the Emergency Program

Area Coordinator a monthiy report by the 20th day of each

following month.
