Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this by law for third reading to the attention of the Counell at this time. The Counc! | may now decide whether It wishes to give third reading immediately or delay It until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing can be fully considered. In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure by which Council} gives consideration to requests for rezoning it Is not possible for. further representations from the applicant or the public to be received now that the Public Hearing has been adjourned.
