BYLAW NO. 1873

THE CORPORATION OF -TIIF CITY OF PORT ~ EO

A Bylaw to stop. up and close to traffic a portion of road show
dedicated on Plan 2364, District Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster Distric
in the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS pursuant to clause (b) of Subsection (1) of Section 578 of
the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia,
1979, The Municipal Council may be bylaw stop up and elose to traffic a hz ~ghway
or any portion of a highway;

AND AND WHEREAS the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
‘Port Coquitlam deems it desirable and expedient that certain. portions of highway.
hereinafter described be stopped up and closed to traffic; .

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of- the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open mee eting assembled, enacts as follows: .

1. All that portion of road which may be more particularly described as

follows:
All that portion of road (Perth Street) shown dedicated on
Plan 2364 lying in District ‘Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster
District, included within the heavy outline on explanatery plan
* Certified by Waltér E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor and
dated the 3rd day of November 1981, a copy of which is attached
hereto;

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Perth Street Road
