The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 3 The Zoning, Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" is amended by removing the Zone Pesipnation of KS-1 assigned to Let "A", Block 28, District Lot 464, Group Onc, Plan 2039, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of: . (a) RI-1 to Lot 1 of a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid lot "AU ’ prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors under Job No. C-3194-81; and, (b) KS-1A to Lot 2 of a proposed Subdivision of the aforesaid Lot "A" prepared by V.C. Goudal and Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors under Job No. C-3194-81, . Z.
