The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorised to purchase of and from the Registered Owner thereof ALLL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises which ‘may be more particularly described as follows: . a. All that portion of Lot 7, Block H, District Lot 466, Groupl, Plan 16278, New Westminster District having an area of 0.0727 ha, included within the red outline on a bylaw plan sworn by Robert M, Reese, b.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day of July 1979 a copy of which is attached . hereto, All that portion of the North Half of Lot 3, Block H of District Lot 466, Group 1, Plan 10715, New Westminster District having an area of 0.0306 ha, included within the red outline on a bylaw plan sworn by Robert M, Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the 23rd day of July 1979 a copy of which is attached hereto, All that portion of Lot 4, Block H of Blocks 1 & 2 of District Lot 466. Group 1, Plan 10715, New Westminster District having an area of 0.1433 ha, Jucluded within the red outline on a bylaw plan sworn by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S. and dated the 24rd day of July 1979 a copy of which ts attached hereto, ° at or for the price or sun of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for that certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof. 3.
