THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. 1629 A By-law to dedicate certain real property owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam as Public Parks. WHEREAS the real property hereinafter more particularly described is owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam; AND WHEREAS pursuant’ to Section 468 of the "Municipal Act" being ” Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, as amended, the Council may, with the assent of the electors, by By-law dedicate fer any public purpose any real property owned by the municipality; AND WHEREAS it is deemed-in the public interest to dedicate the real property hereinafter described as Public Parks; , NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The parcels of real property hereinafter described which are owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam and situate within the municipal limits of the City of Port Coquitlam and-in the New Westminster Land Registration District are hereby dedicated as Public Parks and shall be held and used by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in conformity with the provisions of Part XVII of the Municipal Act: (a) Cedar Drive Park Lot 437, Southeast Quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 53887. (b) Lot 99, District Lot 480, Group One, Plan 54712. Let 113, District Lots 255 and 384, Group One, Pian 46651; except part subdivided by Plan 47284: SUBJECT to any Right-of-Way for sewerage or drainage purposes that may now or hereafter be registered as a charge on the said Lot 113. 2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Park Dedication By-law, 1978, No. 1629".
