BY-LAW NO. 1484

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam.Waterworks

Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Schedule "'B" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation
By-law, 1970, No. 991" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Waterworks
Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991, Amendwent By-law, 1976, No. 1416" is hereby
deleted and Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of this By-law is
substituted therefor.

2. This By-law shcli take effect, come into force, and be binding on
all persons on and from the First day of January, 1977.

3. ’ This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Waterworks Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 991, Amendment By-law, 1976,

No. 1484",
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day

of November, 1976.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day

of November, 1976.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Fifteenth day

of November, 1976.

Received the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council this

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Counsil
