Gentlemen:

Mrs. Doreen Vilen has approached ovr Association to
support her project "identa-mark" which we feel is

an ideal deterent to vandals breaking and entering

an. this community.

We feel this project should be brought tefore the
public eye and used more in conjunction with the new
"Checkmate" program. Therefore it has received a
hearty endorsement from this Association as a very
worthwhile community project.

Some members have already had their homes "identa-
merked" at a very nominal cost and we understand one
or two councilmen have also used this service,

Such projects should be fully discussed at council
meetings so the public is aware opportunities such
as these exist and ask that this be placed on the
Agenda as soon as possible,

Pleased be advised copies of this letter sre being

sent to all service organizations and ratepayers
in this area urging them to take advantage of "Identa~
