Further of our letter of June 23, 1972, an "on sitett meeting , a

was held with Mr. R. Greenwood of Windsor Glen Trailer Park.
Present were representatives from the Fish and Wildlife Branch,

the Fisheries Sexvice, Dept. of the Environment and the Water : : a P
Rights Branch. oe a

Investigation of the area showed that Maple Creek had not | oo
been changed or seriously disturbed during the clearing cpera-
tions of the trailer park site.

On recommendation of the fisheries personnel, Mr. Greenwood
has agreed to carry out the following:

1. To clean out and deepen the existing creek bed.

2. To leave as much of the natural stream side vegetation
as possible.

3. To complete all work by September 1, 1972.

The work done on Maple Creek will be checked by both the

Fish and Wildlife Branch and the Federal Fisheries Service
periodically. :
