His Worship, Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Don Bone, 1127 Confederation Drive who
addressed Council regarding his concems about littering and vandalism increasing if the
proposed shopping plaza at 865 Citadel Drive is approved.

His Worship Mayor L.M. ‘Traboulay introduced Ms. Christine Allen, 819 Musket Terrace who
spoke regarding her, and other residents wanting to have the convenience of a shopping area
within walking distance of their homes.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Lyle Armstrong, Vice President of Genstar
Development Company who spoke regarding the original concept of a planned commaunity
agreed por between the City and Genstar, part of which is the proposed shopping plaza at 865
Citadel Drive. '

His Worship Mayor L..M. Traboulay introduced Mr. David Porte, Representative of Porte Realty
who spoke regarding the care his company has taken in developing the proposed shopping plaza
at 865 Citadel Drive as to design, roof line, and colour scheme, all on a residential scale, to

compliment the surrounding community.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay asked Council if they wished to allow the following
petitioners to speak regarding 865 Citadel Drive?

° Mr. Bob Maver, 1207 Confederation Drive
° Mr. Jack Conway, 2615 Fortress Drive
