Extension of Culvert at Thompson Park

As you requested, the cost estimate to extend the existing culvert at Thompson to the
ditch on the west property of the new Works yard is $3,650. We have included in our
oe price the connection and insulation of pipe complete with a concrete bag headwall. As
pa well as the capping of the existing inlet structure on Cameron. However, we have not
on included topsoil or seeding to repair the trench cuts.

If you require fill material to fill in the ditches in low areas once the pipe has been
installed, we may have fill that we can provide you. However, it is my understanding that
a club house may be constructed in this area in the future. This would require stripping of
the organic material first, then place a structural fill in layers, and compacting. |

We have recently asked the contractor of the new Works yard (Swaggert) to provide a
revised price to relocate the chain link fence to the west side of the ditch adjacent to
Thompson Park. To date, we have not received this price. I will notify you once we have
received the price.

If this meets with your approval, kindly forward me an account number to charge the pipe
installation.
