A Bylaw to provide for the adoption of a capital expenditure program.

WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 290 of the Revised Statutes of rene
British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the 15th day of May in each year the Council te
shall cause to be prepared and adopt by bylaw a capital expenditure program for a period of not

less than 5 years, showing estimates of the proposed source and application of funds for capital

purposes for cach year of the program;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembied, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Capital Expenditure P: am Bylaw,
1994, No, 2899". |

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the capital expenditure program of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam.

The general expenditure program contained in Schedule "A" shall remain in force and
effect until a new capital expenditure program is adopted in the year 1995.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of May, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of May, 1994.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of May, 1994.
