This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2820". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: That 1.3 ha (3.2 acre) portion of Lot 8 Except: Firstly, Part subdivided by Plan 32417; secondly, Part subdivided by Plan LMP6010 Section 6 Township 40 Plan 4318 New Westminster District shown on a plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
