A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
asseinbled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2820".

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

That 1.3 ha (3.2 acre) portion of

Lot 8 Except: Firstly, Part subdivided by Plan 32417; secondly, Part subdivided by
Plan LMP6010

Plan 4318

New Westminster District

shown on a plan annexed to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" is hereby rezoned from RS-3

(Estate Residential) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the Port
Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council 9th day of August, 1993.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 9th day of August, 1993.
Public Hearing held this 23rd day of August, 1993.

Intent of the Bylaw:

To permit the development of 39 unit townhouse development
