Moved by Counc:'lor Gorden: Seconded by Councillor Thompson: That third reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2685 for 2379, 2383, and 2385 Shaughnessy Street be rescinded and that a new Public Hearing be held on April 19, 1993. This Rezoning Application from RS-1 to RM-4 is to te subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concerms; The project being subject to 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges, Cvasolidation of the properties into one lot; and Issuance of a Development Permit. That the Plannirg Department be authorized to re-draft Development Permit No. 20/92 on the basis of the revised design; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorize 1 to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above.
