design approved. ‘the design will need to be specific to vegetation etc.
Any street trees will also have to be approved.

Water supply to be in area before conatruction begins.

DISCUSSION:
The proposed Rezoning complies with the deaignation of the property in the
Official Community Plan. This parcel was previously prezoned RM-2 (Low
Density Apartment). However, because of the current market needs, the

applicant ia requesting to change the zoning from RM=-2 (Low Density Apartment)
to RS&~1 (Large Lot Readidential).

Since the rezoning will bring the land into compliance with the Official
Community Plan, it is recommended that the application be approved to proceed.
