Submission of satisfactory design; 26 Submission of a subdivision layout to the satisfaction of the approving officers Solution of the concerns expressed by the Municipal Engineer; The area be declared a Development Permit Area; Tssuance of a Development Permit. BACKGROUND : The rezoning of this property will facilitate the relocation of the medical clinic currently at 2275 Leigh Square. PROE The applicants are proposing a one storey building with entrance off Wilson Avenue and with service parking on the east side of the site. A lane to provide access to the future Court House from Wilson Avenue will be constructed as part of this development. The facade of the proposed one atorey building will be surfaced with brick, and follows the theme of the Municipal Hall. The design submitted so far is preliminary and some modifications are expected, particularly along the northern face. ENGINSERING COMMENTS ; The Municipal Engineer comments are as follows: utility services in place; connection to be handled at building permit stage. gidewalk required along Wilson; land adjacent to west side may need upgrading $ Ministry of Environment flood-proofing elevation will be applicable.
