A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Halli,
2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, February 26, 1990, at
7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D. Gates,
JeJ. Keryluk, G.R. Laking, MR. Wright and W.W. Stewart, in attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, City Engineer T.M. Chong, Parks and Recreation Director K.J. Taylor,
Director of Community Planning C. Felip, Deputy City Treasurer W. Wiseman and
Personnel Director V.J. van Meel.

DELEGATION:

His Worship Mr. L.M. Traboulay introduced the following members of the
PoCo Marlins Swim Club who received civic recognition for their performance at
the 1989 Provincial Swim Championships in Kamloops.
