Permit No. 64/89 for 3254 Coast Meridian, 1483 and 1495 Prairio Avenue.

the Development Variance Permit.

approved relaxing the rear
Section 902, Subsection (6),

of Communi.ty Planning in his
1989 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
yard setback requirements of the Zoning Bylaw

AND THAT final approval of the development variance permit be subject to
the condition that the applicant upgrade appearance of the drive through to

make it appear more as a building front, emphasizing low maintenance and
vandal proof treatment.
