Brown Director of Community Planning RES 1861 Harbour Drive Development Variance Permit (File No. 68/88) That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to notify surrounding property owners of the application for a Voluntary Development Variance Permit at 1861 Harbour Drive and to place the following resolution on 4 subsequent Council meecing agenda That City Council adopt a resolution relaxing the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 802, RS-2, Subsection (5), Sideyard regulations for Lot 'C', Block 55, D.L. 232, Grp One, NWLD Plan 5854. The side yard for proposed Lot 4 is to be relaxed from 1.2 metres to 0. COMMENT'S : This application is to move an existing large dwelling from a neighbouring property and place it on preposed Lot 4. Teo accomplish this it will be necessary for the side yard at the common property line with proposed Let 3 to pe reduced to nil. The applicant has provided drawings of a house design for Lot 3 that will accommodate this special requirement.
