* at the time of approval of subdivision a development cost charge in an amount determined by multiplying $578.00 by the total potential number of dwelling units permitted by the applicable zoning regulation on all lots created by the subdivision. ree } A b) in respect of commercial uses and commercial lands: at the time of issuance of a building permit a development cost charge in an amount determined by multiplying $4.20 by the gross floor area in square meters of the building or structure to which the building permit applies. Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lands within the boundaries of the area outlined on Map No. 4, the following development cost charges shell apply and be paid in respect of residential uses and residential lands: a) at the time of issuance of a building permit a development coat charge in an amount determined by multiplying $835.00 by the number of new dwelling units authorized to be constructed by the building permit; or b) at the time of approval of subdivision a development cost charge in an amount determined by multiplying $835.00 by the total potential number of dwelling units permitted by the applicable zoning regulations on ali lots created by the subdivision. Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lands within the boundaries of the area outlined on Map No. 5, _ the following development cost charges shall apply and be paid in respect of all uses and all lands: a) at the time of issuance of a building permit a development cost charge in an amount determined by multiplying $13,120.00 by the area in hectares of the lot or lots upon which the building permit authorizes the construction, alteration or extension of a building or structure; or b) at the time of approval of subdivision, a development cost charge in an amount determined by multiplying $13,120.00 by the aggregace area in hectares of all lots created by the subdivision. Where the subdivision or development takes place on any lands within the boundaries of the area outlined on Map No. 6, the following development cost charges shail apply and be paid in respect of residential uses and residential lands: a) ac the time of issuance of a building permit a development cost chaege in an amount determined by multiplying $284.00 dy the number of new dwelling units authorized to be constructed by the building permit; or b) at the time of approval of subdivision a development cost charge in an amount determined by multiplying $284.00 by the total potential number of dwelling units permitted by the applicable zoning regulations on all lots created by the subdivision. ce
