RECOMMENDATION:

That Council direct the Clerk's office to circulate notice
of this proposal to Surrounding property owners. And that
a resolution be ptaced on Council's agenda following
notification of neighbours, varying requirements of Section
402, Utilities Required and Section 506 (2) Prohibited Uses
to permit subdivision of Lot 3, OL 232, Grp 1, NWLD, Plan
6269.

COMMENTS:

This application is to permit subdivision of the property
along Mary Hill Bypass. The reason for requiring a
development variance is that the north half, containing the

house does not have sewer gervice.,. Zoning Bylaw
requirements, specify that all tots must have full

Municipal services. [In that there jis a house on the lot

now and that no new development will be being created

without services, aporoval of this proposal is recommended.
