THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2192 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam. WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162"; AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Offical Community Plan has been prepared ana after First Reading of this Bylaw the Counc!! has: (a) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the most recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to ensure consistency between them; (b) examined the amendment to the Plan in conjunction with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitiam Industrial Development Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them; (c) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for consideration; . (d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District of Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District. NOW THEREFORE the Municipal! Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Fort Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: Section 4.4.2 (1)(b) of the Official Community Plan Policies, belng Schedule "A" of the "Official Community Plan" Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162", is repealed and the following substituted: "4.4.2(1)(b) (i) Prairie - Coast Meridian apartment district is permitted a density of 124 dwelling units per hectare. (ii) Woodiand Drive apartment district is permitted a density of 42 dwelitng units per hectare." The designation of "Neighbourhood Commercial" shown on Schedule "B" of the Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to: (a) Parcel 778 Section 6, Township 40 Plan 64089, New Westminster District inctuding all the strata lots and common property in Strata Plan NW2314; Lot 3, Block "pO", Section 6, Township 40, Plan 11944, New Westminster District; and Lot 2, Block "pn, West 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6,. Township 40, Plan 11944, EXCEPT the North 75 feet thereof New Westminster District; and (d) North 75 ftéet of Lot 2, Block "D", West 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan 11944, New Westminster District; is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" js applied.
