THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2048

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquittam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitiam,
British ColumbIla which is more particularly described as:

Lot 40 -

South West 1/4 of Section 7
Township 40

Pitan 25211

New Westminster Olstrict

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 and RS=-2 to RS-i in its
entirety and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" is hereby amended to reflect
this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2048",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 25th day of
June, 1984.

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! this 25th day
of June, 1984.
