corner of McAllister Avenue and Mary Hill Road, addressed as 2236 McAllister
Avenue and requesting that the City of Port Coquitlam lease 4 parking
stalls to him to complete the by-law requirements,

That as requested by Mr. H. Eisenburger, May 30th, 1979 the City of

Port Coquitlam lease to him 4 parking stalls to meet the by-law requirements

for a delicatessen and 35 seat coffee shop at 2236 McAllister Avenue;
AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk be hereby authorized to sign the

usual. form of Agreement therefor and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
