shall be deemed to mean that parking in that area, in excess of the three hour limit. otherwise permitted, is permitted for those vehicles that display a valid parking permit, issued by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in three month time periods for a fee of $10.00 per month. A maximum of elghty permits shall be in effect at any one time and permits issued do not entitle the holder thereof to any particular parking stall but do entitle the holder thereof to park one vehicle displaying a valid parking permit in any stall designated for “Permit Parking” for any period of time in excess of the three hour limit otherwise permitted; subject to a maximum parking time of forty~eight consecutive hours." 4e Sections 3, 4, and 5 of Schedule "E” of the Bylaw are repealed and the following are substituted as Sections 3 and 4: "3. The most Easterly seven (7) parking spaces located in the lane south-west of McAllister Avenue adjacent to Lot 1, Plan 16910 (Leigh Square Medical Clinic) and the most Westerly two (2) parking spaces located in the lane south-west of McAllister Avenue adjacent to Lot 2, Plan 16910 (Port Coquitlam City Hall Annex) are reserved for the parking of vehicles owned or operated by a person, firm or corporation, who or which has entered into an agreement with The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to pay a fee of $10.00 per month to park such a vehicle in one of the said parking spaces and for which the fee for the current month has been paid.
