SUBJECT: Westminster Avenue Local Improvement.

; In accordance with section 660(2) of the Municipal Act, I
hereby certify that the Westminster Avenue local improvements under-
taken under construction by~law 1834 cost a total of $177,069.18.

For Council's information the estimated cost in the con-
struction by-law was $142,216.00. ‘The construction by-law authorized
the borrowing of up to $160,000 which will be done with the $17,069.18
balance to be taken from our 1981 general budget.
