at Shaughnessy Street and Elgin Avenue be re-examined with a view to turns —
Shaughnessy

instituting such regulation at 3:30 pem. rather than 4:00 p.m. & Elgin.

That the Public Works Committee be requested to review extending
the commencement time of the left turn regulation at Shaughnessy Street
and Elgin Avenue to earlier in the afternoon.
