THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BY-LAW NO. 1699 A By-law to amend the “Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By-law, 1976, No. 1426", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts ag follows: 1, The definition of "special wastes" contained in Section 1 of the “Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials Collection, Removal and Regulation By- jaw, 1976, No. 1426" is amended by striking out "household appliances". 2. Subsection (c) of Section 2 is amended by adding "household appliancea," before “metals,", 3. Section 3 is amended (a) in Subsection (a) by adding "(but not more than three in number)" after "receptacles", (b) by relettering the present aubsections (b), (c), (d), (e), (£), (g)s (h), and (4) as (e), (4), (e), (£), (g), Ch), <2), and (4) and inserting the following as subsection (b): . "Cb) Every owner and occupier of premises within the City of Port Coquitlam, on an occasional basis only and at the discretion of the Municipal Council, may dispose of other waste materials as follows: (1) plastic bags containing grass clippings or other dry light-weight rubbish; (441) cree cuttings Or other materials bundled in four foot lengths; (441) cardboard cartons securely bound with cord containing grasa clippings or other dry light-weight material; (iv) household appliances, boxes and crates; and no such waste shall be more than four (4") feet in length Or weigh more than 75 pounds (with the exception of household appliances) including container and contents when placed for pickup by The Corporation's collection service," in subsection (d) by striking out "City of Pore Coquitlan Zoning By-law, 1969, No, 918" and substituting "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651",
