Starliner Transport Limited, 1575 Pitt River Road, appeared in Court on February 9, 1979, and the case was dismissed by Judge Ivor brunaug. He stated that the Crown had Failed to prove jurisdiction, the weight of the vehicle, etc. However, Mr. Savoic, owner of Starliner Transport Ltd., is now parking his trucks by B & J Parts on Kingsway. Jasbir S. Gill of 5195 Rupert. and owner of property at 945 Somerset Place, Port Coquitlam. He appeared in appeal Court, New Westminster, on February 12, 1979, and Judge Me Morran heard the merits of the case, over turned the decision laid down by Judpe hoge, on July 31, ly7s, that Gill was not guilty under zoning by~Law 915, Illegal Suite. Judye Me Morran found Gill guilty, and fined him $35.00.
